Welcome to the Wellness Pharmacy Network ("Network," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using rxinstitute.com (the "Website") or participating in any of our programs, memberships, or events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or participate in Network programs.

You must be at least 18 years old to access our Website or become a member.

When creating an account or membership profile, you agree to:

By submitting testimonials, case studies, media, or other materials for Network use, you grant the Wellness Pharmacy Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials for educational, marketing, and mission-aligned purposes.

Partner and Vendor Collaboration

The Wellness Pharmacy Network collaborates with Strategic Partners, Technology Partners, and Education Partners to provide valuable resources, programs, and offers.

While we carefully select our partners, all transactions, services, or engagements with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. The Wellness Pharmacy Network does not assume responsibility or liability for third-party actions, claims, or representations.

Membership, Subscriptions, and Payments

Membership in the Wellness Pharmacy Network may include recurring monthly or annual fees, securely processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
By subscribing or enrolling, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
Membership fees and event registrations are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@wellnesspharmacynetwork.org.
If a refund exception is approved, it will be processed within 21 business days.

Event Participation and Conduct

By attending a Wellness Pharmacy Network event (virtual or in-person), you agree to:

Conduct yourself with professionalism and respect for other attendees.
Grant permission for the Network to use photographs, recordings, and testimonials for educational or promotional purposes.
Assume responsibility for your participation, including any travel, health, or safety considerations.

The Network is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from event participation.

Liability and Indemnification

The Wellness Pharmacy Network, its affiliates, officers, partners, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Use of our Website, materials, or programs;
Reliance on Network or partner information; or
Any actions or decisions made based on Network communications or resources.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Wellness Pharmacy Network and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions, use of information, or breach of these Terms.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
